北京，中国（2009年7月31日）。优创（北京）电子有限公司今日宣布已与总部设在美国亚利桑那州图森市的Intelight电子公司签署了OEM代理协议。根据协议条款， Intelight公司将在美国生产和分销有优创技术的LED灯并贴注Intelight品牌。
新的Intelight产品使用优创的LED技术包括：LED路灯、室内和室外泛光灯、交通信号灯和太阳能LED灯。
签约仪式后，优创公司总经理拉贾·马格斯维伦说："这项协议的签署对我们双方意义重大，而且Intelight对于LED照明业来说是一个完美的名字。Craig Gardner，Intelight公司的创始人在政府和私人企业方面都具有很好的社会关系网，现在在LED照明领域进行节能减排计划是最好时机。
