Beijing International light fair brings two high-tech companies together.
April 22 was a day of great significance for U-Tron. After nearly a week of negotiations Mr. Guo, the head of Hebei Shenghao Electronic Science and Technology Co., Ltd. and Mr. Raja Magasweran, the general manager of U-Tron, signed a framework cooperation agreement to become strategic partners. Mr. Guo, the head of Hebei Shenghao Electronic Science and Technology Co. said it was a win-win for both sides on the principle of mutual benefit: by virtue of his company's local market understanding and U-Tron’s advantage in product technical research and development.
The cooperation between the two sides was a result of the International Light Fair held in Beijing in April. From the many exhibitors，U-Tron attracted the attention of Hebei Shenghao Electronic Science and Technology with its excellent product quality and unique design process. The ideas of the two parties are very similar and since they represent the two sides of the current market for energy-saving lighting this cooperation between the two parties is timely and pertinent.
About U-Tron
U-Tron (Beijing) Electronics Co. Ltd., was established in 1992 as a WOFE in Beijing, China. The company was 100% funded by investments from an American Company, China Business Associates. The main purpose was to bring U.S. developed technology products to China for manufacturing and localization. Today U-Tron has 1,000 square meters of office space in the Central Business District of Beijing and an 1,800 square meter factory employing 50 + people in the Beijing Development Area (BDA) of Yi Zhuang district.
